Terms of Service

The Wild Show is a show. The website thewild.show publishes information about it, live streams and replays, and offers a free viewer account. An account lets you access member content where it is offered and, only if you choose to, receive the email updates described in Section 5. The service is provided free of charge.

By creating an account or using the website you enter into a legally binding agreement with The Goat Consulting SARL on these Terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. The website is not directed at children under 16.

Sign-in is by magic link only: we email a one-time sign-in link to your address. There are no passwords. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and for keeping access to your mailbox secure; anyone with access to your email can use your sign-in links. Do not forward sign-in emails.

We may suspend or terminate accounts used to break these Terms, to abuse the service or other users, or where continued operation would create a legal or security risk. You may delete your account at any time by writing to the contact address in Section 12; deletion is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Two separate email streams exist: show updates, and occasional partner content. Both are strictly opt-in via separate checkboxes, neither is required to create an account, and each can be switched off at any time from your account page. We do not send marketing email without consent.

All content of the show and the website (video, audio, artwork, text, logos, the dotted-triangle mark, and the The Wild Show brand) is owned by The Goat Consulting SARL or its licensors. You may watch and browse for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, redistribute, scrape, frame, or create derivative works from the content or the brand without written permission.

Live streams and replays are delivered through embedded third-party players (Twitch, Dailymotion); your use of those players is also subject to the respective provider's own terms.

You must not: use the website for unlawful purposes; attempt to access accounts, data, or systems beyond your own; probe or circumvent security controls; deploy bots or scrapers against the website; or impersonate the show, its hosts, or other users.

The website and the account service are provided “as is” and free of charge. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. Where a change materially reduces what an account offers, we will make reasonable efforts to give notice on the website.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Goat Consulting SARL is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss, nor for loss of data caused by events outside our reasonable control. Because the service is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability for all claims connected to it is limited to the amount you have paid us for it (nil), except where a mandatory statutory regime provides otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence are not affected.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend an account as described in Section 4. Sections 6 (Intellectual property), 9 (Liability), and 11 (Governing law) survive termination.

These Terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, the courts of Switzerland have jurisdiction. Consumers in the EU/EEA retain the protections of the law of their country of residence and the right to bring proceedings there.

We may amend these Terms; material changes will be announced on the website at least 30 days in advance, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. These Terms are drafted in English; where translations are ever provided, the English version prevails.
